Hello everyone! Happy halloween!
Greetings from the cutest puppy ever! 🙂
He is indeed the cutest puppy I’ve ever seen! Ever!
That’s Cyler costume in the Trick or Treat event yesterday at my office. Today we will be attending another one at Cj’s office naman. So ubusan nanaman itech ng lakas sa kaka-habol!
I have bunch of kwento’s to all of you but I’ll share it next time because we gotta go now!
Happy Halloween again! Enjoy the long weekend! 🙂
Howdy, girls and boys! How’s your long weekend? Mine was incredibly fun and fulfilling! You know why? Because during these days I can really test my ability to multi-task. Taking good care of the family while doing the household chores and some errands. I guess that’s the super powers of all Moms, and Dads as well. And you will only realize these things once you became a Mom or Dad. Sometimes, I ponder how can we do so many things at the same time. People would always tell me that I’m really good at time management but I can’t believe that I’m actually good at it. Feeling ko parating kulang ang oras ko. Parating naghahabol and all. Yung mga ganung tipo.
Anyway, so what kept me busy during the long weekend? Well, the first reason was baking this personalized cute hello kitty cupcakes!
Isn’t it the cutest? 🙂
Finally, this get together-slash-surprise baby shower for Aimee has been push through after a months of planning. You know, no matter how busy
and creepy we are we really find ways to see each other. Ganun talaga pag importante ang tao sau, you will always find way to give them your time kahit saglit lang. We all know naman how precious are time is mga mommies, but I’m glad because despite of our conflict scheds kahit 3 times a year lang kami magkita-kita masaya na kami. LOL! But that’s true though. We’ve been doing this meet up since last year and I’m glad because as time goes by padami na kami ng padami. The more, the merrier and happier ika nga nila. 🙂
Anyway, stop the drama lets move on to this great and wonderful day with my “soul sisters” (yes, Aimee you’re right we really are soul sisters). 😉
From Left to Right: Mars of Planet Marsy, Vivian of The Soshal Network, Ging of Forty Weeks and then Some, Peach of She is Also an Architect, yours truly, Aimee of I Am Aimee Diego Dew of Momster Teacher, Faye of Chronicles of Maia, Maggie of Mommy Maggies Musings, and Erl of Glamma Momma.
Finally, here comes the last part of my Hong Kong business (with some sort of gala too!) trip.I really had a great time in this wonderful place although I must admit that being away from home and most especially with my family made me feel tremendously sad. I got so homesick for the very first time. I’ve missed my family so badly but at the same time I also wanted to take the opportunity to enjoy my “me” time and the beautiful place of Hong Kong. I tried not to dwell with my sadness so I had indeed the time of my life here in HK.
Yah, I know I was there for work but as much as possible I tried to used my free time to discover the not-so-secret beauty of this lovely country. I really admire this country and I love being here. For sure, you will love it here too!
WARNING: This post may cause all of you excessive….drooling! Teehee! 😛
I know andami ko ng utang na recipes sa inio! I kept on posting dishes that I cooked for the past few weeks pero walang recipe. My bad! Sorry. I’m really sorry for the lack of post and time, I bet all parents can relate to me most especially if your working and you have a family who demands for your time, love and care. There are times when I really don’t know how I will divide myself into so many things; household chores, family, love life, work, my small business, etc. But thank God because He gave me a spare time tonight para makapag-blog, so let’s try to catch up, ok?! I really think that I’m losing my blogging mojo nowadays due to my insane schedule. I used to go home really late for the past few weeks so I’d rather spend my free time with Cyler and Cj than to blog. I have lots of pending sponsored post too. Uuuggggh! And I don’t even have enough time to check or even update my small business, Sweet Treats FB Page. And did I mention that I miss blog hopping too? Yep, I miss reading my favorite blogs. our bed! Yup, you read it right! Cyler truly loves our bed.
He loves to stay in the bed the entire time. Kung pwede lang talaga sya mag-stay dyan the whole day gagawin nya yan! Whenever we go downstairs wala pang 30mins nag-aaya nanaman syang umakyat at bumalik sa room namin. He feels at ease and comfortable whenever he’s in our bed.

Hello everyone! How’s your weekend guys?! So far so good?! Finally, I have the time to continue my post about my trip to HK. In this post you will be able to catch the glimpse of Hong Kong. So let’s start now, shall we? 🙂
WARNING: This post is photo heavy. As in!
Can anyone guess the song?!
Just like the previous days (read it here and here), our 3rd day here in Hong Kong went the same– work, work, work, foodtrip, work, work, work, foodtrip, shopping. The only difference is mas madami ata akong nalafang nitong araw na’to na-stress kasi ako ng bongga sa trabaho. Feeling ko talaga andami kong nakain or sadyang feelingera lang ako? LOL! Which is which? Okay, you decide nalang. Teehee! 😛
Here’s what I had for breakfast. Take note: Breakfast palang yan at diet pako nyan. LOL! #WalaNgBukasTeh?
Our days in Hong Kong is all about work and pigging out. We used the to leave hotel at 8:30 in the morning then go to work and leave the office around 6:30PM or 7PM so most of the time the mall is about to close whenever we went there. Kaya food trip nalang talaga kami bumabawi. I don’t even had a chance to take pictures during day time since we used to leave the hotel really early, we spent most of our time in the office since that’s our main purpose why we are here. But of course, we tried our very best to enjoy this trip. We planned several times to go to Mongkok where the night market is but we always ended up going to City Plaza, the nearest mall in our hotel. There is also a terminal of MTR (train station) near our hotel which is just a few steps away but we were already dead tired after work so we ended up fighting our stress by enjoying food. Pigging out, that is.
This is my view from my room, you can see the neighborhood of Taikoo Shing from the window. And you know what? People here are not so usi like us. Parang they don’t even care if kitang-kita ka nila from their windows, they won’t even look at you so you will never feel intimidated or irritated too which is a good thing especially for ladies, like me. This window is power window, if you want to close it you just have to press a button and it will automatically close. So usually, every morning ko lang sya binu-buksan then I closed it when I arrived at night .
My trip to Hong Kong was an unplanned business trip, t’was biglaan mga ateng. The project that we were handling was so critical and we need an immediate response from our clients so my boss decided to send us to HK where our clients are. We were just having a meeting last Friday, then the next thing we know we were already in HK. So I’m not really prepared about it. I wasn’t able to bring a descent camera(uggggh!) either, I only use my phone camera the whole trip. You know naman how I love taking photos! Isang malaking uggggh! talaga for me. So please forgive my not so nice photos. A week before my trip our dslr just hit the number of click so it needs a clicker replacement which we haven’t done yet dahil hindi ko naman alam na ipapatapon ako ng biglaan sa HK. I’m not even sure if it’s the clicker nga, it’s working naman but once you trigger the clicker nothings happening. So baka clicker nga. Does anyone encountered the same too? And do you guys have any idea how much the clicker is?
Anyway, going back to my trip. Our departure was at 2PM in the afternoon, I left the house at 8:30 in the morning because I was expecting traffic since it was rush-hour then but to my surprised there’s no any trace of traffic. We rented a cab then since our car was coding too that’s why we allotted so much travel time going to the airport. Too much allotted travel time that I arrived too early in the airport. Eggsayted much lang. LOL! So we were in the airport at around 9:30AM. I was too early for my flight, I was supposed to be there at 11AM pa since my flight is at 2pm. It’s the terminal’s policy that you should be at the airport 3 hours before the departure time if it’s an international flight. So I waited for about more than 4 hours! Such a waste of time tapos delayed pa yung flight. Oh well, what do I expect? It’s more fun in the Philippines, right?! 😛
This is my favorite part of our flight, taking video of the sky. I found it so relaxing for the mind and soul. It feels literally like I was in heaven! 🙂
Hello everyone! I’m back! Yes, I’m totally back! I know you’ve been all waiting for my HK post but before that let us catch up first. I’ll make kwento on my next post for now I just want to say that I feel so glad to be back and be with Cyler and Cj! My zombie-mode-days are over! It feels so great snuggling and waking up together with my son, Cyler.
Hi guys! This is it pansit! We arrived safely at HK last night and thank God because we were still alive and kicking! Though delayed nanaman ang flight as usual, oh well what do I expect? Anyway, I’ve got a lot of stories to tell and I’m so excited to share it with you all kaso no time to make kwento today, so I’ll try later when I get back at the hotel. Okie?!
We will going to have a workshop/meeting with our user’s here in HK today, so please wish me luck! For now here are the random photos of my 1st day here in HK. From the sunduan until I arrived here in HK. Enjoy!
Hello guys! I feel a bit sad today…. sad yet excited. I’m flying in tomorrow for a business trip, ang corny no time to gala puro work lang. Plus having the thought na malalayo ako kay Cj and Cyler for a few days makes the trip more sadder. Hay. But I just think of the bright side. More career opportunity and career growth, right? Pero aanhin ko naman yun kung malayo ako sa pamilya ko. 4 days lang naman ako mawawala pero that four days feels like forever pag malayo ka sa pamilya mo especially if you have kids. I’m so gonna miss the batang makulit and my uber corny husband! I don’t know how I will survive the first few nights without Cyler sleeping by my side. Usually kasi nalalayo lang ako sa mag-ama ko pag may company outing which is usually overnight lang so keribombels lang, eto 4 days! Hay kalurks!
I’m gonna miss you baby!
Happy happy Friday everyone! Woohooo! It’s weekend already and I want to scream and shout to my heart’s content! Can’t wait for tomorrow, I feel so giddy-giddy like a monkey este mommy pala! I just wanna share this great feeling with you guys, I know this excitement that I feel is too much but that’s how I really feel right now. Let’s spread positive vibes and forget this stressful week and lets start our weekend with a grateful heart, shall we?! 🙂
My entire week was sooooo stressful at work but I’m lucky because God gave me the greatest stress reliever (ever!)– my dearest son, Cyler and of course my husband, Cj. Masayang masaya nako makita ko lang tong mga kolokoy na’to. They really turn my world upside down! And for me, there is no greater blessing than being with my family.
Yay! Mcdonalds Happymeal box is totally back! Isn’t it a great thing that our child can experience the excitement and surprise that awaits them in this super cute red box?! This Happy Meal box brings so much memories of my childhood! Actually, aside from the toys one of the things that I look forward too in every happy meal is their box. It’s old school but it’s full of surprises! And it’s so iconic, isn’t it?! 🙂
Good morning everyone! Starting today I’ll be having this new segment here at KikayMommySha and it will be called as “Cyler’s video of the day” and I’ll be posting random video of this batang makulit. Itago nalang natin sya sa pangalang, Cyler. Teehee!
And since today is Throwback Thursday here’s a TBT video of Cyler when he was a one year old. Hope it brings smiles on your faces!
Hello everyone! How’s your week so far? Mine was super stressful and hectic due to work (as always!). Good thing I was able to recharge last weekend so I’m still alive and surviving right now. Anyway, I don’t want to stress you out with this post so let’s move on to the bright side– my happy weekend!
As we all know, weekends are so precious for me and my family. It’s the only time I can give my 100% time to them so I make sure that I start our weekend right by serving mouth-watering breakfast for my boys. For breakfast, I cooked pancakes, bacon, german franks, and fried rice (not in the photo). Here’s my breakfast last Saturday morning.
