Hi everyone! Good dawn! It’s already 2am-ish as I write this post. My energy and brain cells are so drained at this point of time and guess what! I’m still in the office! Yay…. not! I’m soooooo tired and sleepy but I have to work on so many things. Is there any vitamins that can regenerate brain cells? I need it now! As in now na!

So while I’m recharging some energy I decided to make this post and share this super easy recipe to y’all. This post has been sitting in my drafts for quite some time now and I guess this is the perfect time to share this because it’s weekend! And weekend means more time for the family and more time to prepare meals for the family! How I wish I can still do that when I get home later, for sure I’ll be snoozing the whole day because I haven’t slept for more than 24hrs! Zombie mode it is!

Day 3: KMS Goes To Hong Kong!

Just like the previous days (read it here and here), our 3rd day here in Hong Kong went the same– work, work, work, foodtrip, work, work, work, foodtrip, shopping. The only difference is mas madami ata akong nalafang nitong araw na’to na-stress kasi ako ng bongga sa trabaho. Feeling ko talaga andami kong nakain or sadyang feelingera lang ako? LOL! Which is which? Okay, you decide nalang. Teehee! 😛

Here’s what I had for breakfast. Take note: Breakfast palang yan at diet pako nyan. LOL! #WalaNgBukasTeh?

Day 2: KMS Goes to Hong Kong!

Our days in Hong Kong is all about work and pigging out. We used the to leave hotel at 8:30 in the morning then go to work and leave the office around 6:30PM or 7PM so most of the time the mall is about to close whenever we went there. Kaya food trip nalang talaga kami bumabawi. I don’t even had a chance to take pictures during day time since we used to leave the hotel really early, we spent most of our time in the office since that’s our main purpose why we are here. But of course, we tried our very best to enjoy this trip. We planned several times to go to Mongkok where the night market is but we always ended up going to City Plaza, the nearest mall in our hotel.  There is also a terminal of MTR (train station) near our hotel which is just a few steps away but we were already dead tired after work so we ended up fighting our stress by enjoying food. Pigging out, that is.

This is my view from my room, you can see the neighborhood of Taikoo Shing from the window. And you know what? People here are not so usi like us. Parang they don’t even care if kitang-kita ka nila from their windows, they won’t even look at you so you will never feel intimidated or irritated too which is a good thing especially for ladies, like me. This window is power window, if you want to close it you just have to press a button and it will automatically close. So usually, every morning ko lang sya binu-buksan then I closed it when I arrived at night .

Dinner Date at Spaghetti Factory

Thank God it’s Friday!! YAY! Friday na! Friday na! Ang saya saya!(Repeat100x)

Can’t wait for the weekend and be with my two boys the entire day! Just having the thought of weekend makes me feel so excited and thrilled ng bonggang bongga! Hindi naman masyado halata noh? Do you guys feel the same way too? I bet you feel the same way too! Excited nakong ilabas ang pagiging Domesticated Goddess ko! LOL!

Anyway, do you have any date/plans tonight? Me, I don’t have any plans for tonight I just wanna go home after work and relax together with my boys. Actually, Cj and I already had a dinner date last night. We ate in one of our favorite affordable Italian resto in Glorietta. The restaurant’s name is Spaghetti Factory, halos ata lahat ng friends ko nadala ko na dito and in fairness they all love the food here. It’s not only delcious it’s also affordable! Spaghetti Factory is located at the 2nd level of newly renovated Glorietta 1. They’re previously located at Glorietta 5 then transferred here at Glorietta 1. I already blogged Spaghetti Factory (read here) a year ago when I dine here together with my friends, Earleen and Marla . I remember that it was also Friday the 13th. Watta coincidence, right?!

Anyhoo, going back to the topic. I ordered Spinach Ravioli. It cost Php259, I love the creaminess and taste of the spinach filling. Anything with spinach is a big hit for me. The creaminess of spinach really goes well with the pasta sauce. However I was a bit disappointed with the pasta because it wasn’t cook tenderly. Or maybe the cook was tired already because we went here when the mall was about to close.

Healthy Way to Start your Day

Breakfast is the most important meal, so why not start your day is by eating nutritious food. I am a big fan of organic foods because I prefer foods that are grown without pesticides or other chemicals. Besides, I am a mom and a wifey who want’s to protect my family’s health. Anyhoo, just wanna share with you guys what I usually eat every morning.

Here’s the easy-peasy step in preparing this healthy breaky.

Whatchanid:
Health Valley Organic Golden Flax Cereal (you can buy this at any Healthy Options)
Honey
Banana (or any fruits)
Milk (or any other brand of milk)

First and Final step: Simply mix all the ingridients in a bowl, and you’re good it’s ready to eat. 🙂

I love putting honey on my cereal because I want to add some sweetness to it and it’s healthy. Honey has good health benefits: (1)can energise your body, (2)boost immunity , (3)fight bacteria and (4) ANTI-CANCER. Milk gives you strong bones and helps to prevent osteoporosis. This great-tasting cereal comes from grains and flax grown in organic farm, I’m really a fan of organic foods cause I know it’s really safe for my family and I’m sure that this are grown without pesticides or other chemicals.
